Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s leading integrated logistics provider, seeks a Pricing Leader in Kuala Lumpur to drive pricing strategy, lead a pricing team and collaborate with finance, product, and operations to optimise revenue, margins and value across air, sea and road freight.

You will own forecasting, rate lifecycle, and governance processes, ensuring accurate billing, competitive rates and scalable pricing tools in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, revenue management or finance (5+ years)
• Leadership experience managing a team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and development ofPricing Analysts/Executives to execute pricing strategy
• Oversee weekly yield forecasting and performance analysis to maximise revenue
• Audit and govern AWB rating, reprocessing and root-cause mitigation to protect revenue
• Manage and update 'Other Charges' across the network and monitor cost-to-price alignment
• Oversee agile rate updates and market benchmarking to keep rates competitive
