Thecorridors is seeking a motivated Operations & Customer Service Officer to join our Airline Cargo GSA, ensuring smooth cargo operations and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

You will manage reservations, tracking, and coordination with airlines and service providers, handle inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate shipment records as part of a dynamic team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in operations and customer service within airline cargo or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, booking procedures, customs and shipment tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations including reservations, tracking and tracing of shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers and service providers for timely cargo movement.
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding shipment status, rates, regulations, and related matters.
• Provide proactive communication on delays and issues and resolve them promptly.
• Process documentation including air waybills and cargo manifests in compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with sales, finance and warehouse teams to ensure coordination of cargo services.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions using internal systems.
• Monitor KPIs related to operations and customer service and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards and best practices.
