Job summary

BIPO SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA professional to contribute to QA strategy, test design, and execution across the SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

You will design test plans and scenarios aligned with specifications, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance coverage and defect analysis. The role requires hands-on QA experience, with a solid understanding of QA fundamentals and experience with AI-assisted testing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with hands-on experience in software testing and AI-assisted testing practices.
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals — test planning, test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle management, and quality metrics.
• Practical experience using or evaluating AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., AI-powered test case generation, test data creation, automated defect analysis, or root-cause investigation tools).
• Experience testing software against functional specifications, design documents, and external/industry application standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to QA strategy, test approach, design, and execution across the SDLC.
• Design test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned to functional specs and design docs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to boost test coverage, generate test cases/data, run executions, and analyze defects.
• Perform test specification, maintenance, execution, analysis, and code reviews for assigned features.
• Contribute to product risk analysis, combining traditional QA methods with AI-assisted analysis.
• Maintain defect tracking, test documentation/evidence, and QA metrics (AI-assisted where applicable).
• Troubleshoot issues (solo or in teams), report results, support root-cause investigation with AI tools.
• Continuously improve QA processes through automation and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with QA managers, developers, and engineers on debugging and resolution.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-powered testing/automation tools to raise productivity and quality.
