Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a QA Tester to implement test work based on user requirements, clarify needs, and create comprehensive test plans and cases to guide testing activities.

You will explore automation, performance, cloud testing tools, and apply AI to improve efficiency, while supporting SIT/UAT and ensuring security, compliance and design principles. Collaboration with IT and business users is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines.
• Database experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology.
• Good understanding of insurance business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities including requirement clarification, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report.
• Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
• Support SIT/UAT as user request
• Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
• Collaborate with IT and business users
• Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
