Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead its AI-enabled productivity programme. You will be the Project Manager and hands-on builder, delivering AI-powered solutions across HR, Legal, Finance, Operations and more, using Power Platform and SharePoint.

You’ll lead a team, coordinate with Heads of Departments, and own the roadmap from idea to live deployment. You will design workflows, configure and prompt AI tools, pilot with users, and measure outcomes, rather than just

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Data Science.
Around 5 years of hands-on experience in digital solutions, automation, software development or systems analysis.
Experience building with AI tools and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem (Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills; ability to redesign and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead AI working-group delivery roadmap as Project Manager; plan, sequence and report progress.
Partner with Heads of Department to map processes, pilot solutions and drive adoption.
Design and build AI-powered tools and automated workflows using AI Tools, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
Support rollout of AI Tools; onboard, train and provide best-practice guidance for staff.
Mentor and coordinate the AI team, review work and ensure on-time delivery.
Build dashboards and track a monthly AI-value scorecard to show time saved and impact.
Champion light-touch governance and data handling across all solutions.
