The ideal candidate bridges business operations and cutting‑edge digital technologies, translating business needs into actionable tech roadmaps without requiring direct management of a large sub‑team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Assess regional business workflows to design and implement practical AI and digital transformation strategies aligned with enterprise goals.

AI & Automation Integration: Identify process bottlenecks and evaluate, deploy, and scale AI‑driven tools, generative AI applications, and workflow automation solutions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional business heads, IT teams, and operational units to scope project requirements, implement solutions, and manage project deliverables.

Change Management & Adoption: Serve as a internal digital champion; drive change management, design user training, and foster high adoption of newly introduced digital tools.
