Job summary

Webby Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver AI and software initiatives from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients and diverse teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years of PM experience in software/IT, a solid understanding of the SDLC, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for software or IT projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and PM tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver AI and software projects from start to completion.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear project tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and issues and work to resolve them.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and requirement specifications.
• Ensure final product meets client requirements and project objectives.
