Job summary

Bizlink Group seeks a versatile software professional to lead end-to-end software delivery, from design and development to deployment and maintenance, across full-stack, AI, automation, and RPA in manufacturing.

You will design and implement AI models, ML workflows, and agentic systems, manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality, security, and governance while collaborating with coding assistants as a core part of the workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong coding standards and full documentation.
• End-to-end ownership mindset to independently manage projects.
• Experience with AI engineering and automation tools.
• Comfort with AI innovations and staying current.
• Years+ of software development / AI engineer experience.
• Python preferred; other languages optional.
• Linux-based cloud infrastructure / Docker; Agentic AI; ML/Computer Vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute software initiatives end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Design and implement AI models, ML workflows, RPA, and agentic systems.
• Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines with governance for quality and security.
• Collaborate with coding assistants as a core part of the development workflow.
