Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a versatile Software Project Delivery professional to lead end-to-end software initiatives, from full-stack development to AI-driven systems and RPA, with a focus on automation in manufacturing.

You will own projects from definition to deployment, design AI/ML workflows, manage CI/CD, and ensure scalable, secure production environments while collaborating with coding assistants to maintain high code quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical agility, rapidly mastering new frameworks while maintaining strict standards for clean code, comprehensive documentation, data safety and compliance.
• An "end-to-end" ownership mindset is required to independently manage projects—from stakeholder consultation through deployment.
• Proven ability to work highly productively with coding assistants is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable leveraging these tools as a core part of their development workflow while critically validating outputs to ensure quality and security.
• A continuous drive to stay at the forefront of emerging AI innovations is expected.
• 3 years+ of Software developement / AI engineer experience
• Python, other programming languages are optional
• - Linux-based cloud infrastructure / Docker
