Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Self-starter capable of independent work and embracing new challenges.

Responsabilités

• Lead Conversion: convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term business partners via phone consultations and WhatsApp engagements.
• Account Growth: manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Solution Selling: collaborate with product teams to design tailored solutions addressing client pain points.
• Performance Excellence: meet/exceed KPIs, including 150+ connected calls per week; explore AI-powered tools to refine sales pitches.
