SNSoft SDN BHD seeks an entry-level QA Engineer to test our product using AI-assisted automation tools. You will run automated tests, understand failures, and grow into a role designing and automating tests.

A diploma or degree in engineering or IT is preferred, with fresh graduates welcome to apply. Responsibilities include collaborating with PMs and developers, performing progression and regression tests across web and mobile apps, and documenting results.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of how software is built and how screens/APIs/services fit together.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and the ability to judge outputs critically.
• Fresh graduates or career switchers welcome; learning on the job.

Responsabilidades

• Work with product managers and developers to clarify feature expectations.
• Execute progression and regression tests across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Determine if failures are defects, script issues, or environment problems.
• Document test work in structured AI tooling formats.
• Develop and repair automated test cases as you grow.
