Job summary

Accordia Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and usability of customer-experience software. You will test integrated web, API, and AI-enabled workflows used by customer-service teams, covering full QA lifecycle from requirements to release validation.

The role involves manual and automated testing, collaboration with product and development teams, and creating clear test scenarios and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on software QA experience with web apps and APIs.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman and token authentication.
• Basic SQL and Git knowledge; familiarity with bug-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand features with product and development teams to define tests.
• Create and maintain clear test cases, data and documentation.
• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, UI and end-to-end testing.
• Test web apps, REST APIs and omnichannel workflows and external integrations.
• Identify and document defects with steps, expected/actual results, severity and evidence.
• Retest defects and perform regression testing before release.
• Assist with automated tests using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
