Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a QA tester to implement test work based on user requirements and ensure quality across projects. You will perform testing activities, clarify requirements, create test plans and cases, and contribute to test strategy and closure reports while exploring automation and cloud testing options to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines.
Knowledge of SDLC and testing processes.
Database experience (SQL) required.
Experience in insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform testing activities including requirement clarification, test approach discovery, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report.
Research on new techniques including automation/performance/cloud testing tools.
Support SIT/UAT as requested by users.
Monitor deliverables to ensure security, compliance, and design principles; focus on quality.
Collaborate with IT and business users; leverage AI to improve testing efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
