Job summary

Workday is seeking a HCM Solution Consultant to support pre-sales activities in the Vietnam market. You will leverage your deep domain knowledge of HR processes and AI capabilities to influence C-level discussions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and articulate the business value of Workday’s AI-enabled HCM solutions.

You will engage with Account Executives and partners to craft compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, map business initiatives to Workday solutions, and drive customer success through

Qualifications

• Pre-Sales experience: 3–4 years in SaaS/Sales Consulting (preferred for SaaS/AI platforms).
• Domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong AI/ML understanding and ability to explain concepts to business audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a Vision for customers, showing the Future of Work through demonstrations.
• Propose how Workday AI Platform solves HR challenges and improves efficiency.
• Lead with innovation to deliver real-world business results.
• Analyze prospect requirements to tailor demonstrations highlighting ML and Generative AI in HR processes.
• Prepare and deliver product demos demonstrating Workday value proposition.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses mapping customer initiatives to Workday solution.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Workday AI roadmap and market acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consulting to develop compelling value propositions.
