Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Malaysian citizen; undergraduate or graduate in any field; CGPA 3.0 or above; 12 weeks minimum; leadership and teamwork demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and fixes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Create presentations and documentation, including SOPs and system guides, to support team knowledge.
• Track project progress by engaging stakeholders for status updates and ensuring timelines are met.
• Lead AI initiative: analyze workflows and deploy AI improvements using NotebookLM, Gemini Gems, and Workspace Studio to increase efficiency.
• Complete other tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
