Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Finance AI Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead architecture, design and delivery of AI-powered Finance solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide global engineering teams, define end-to-end architectures, and drive production-grade deployments across data, AI models, and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong enterprise AI expertise, stakeholder engagement and hands-on leadership from concept through production deployment. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering or solution architecture in AI/LLM
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool calling
• Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise AI architectures with APIs, data, and cloud integrations

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and production-ready enterprise AI solutions.
• Define technical approaches for LLMs, RAG, Agents, APIs and system integrations.
• Lead architecture decisions and guide engineers from design to production deployment.
• Ensure quality, security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate decisions and risks to global stakeholders.
