Hilti Malaysia is seeking an Learning & Development Administrator to support the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions and technologies. You’ll drive adoption, curate knowledge resources, and help embed AI-enabled solutions into workflows to improve productivity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, business, technology, human resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience implementing or supporting learning technologies, digital learning solutions, or AI-enabled workplace tools.
• Ability to translate user and business needs into practical use cases, resources, and performance-support solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, learning platforms, knowledge tools, and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions and technologies.
• Monitor emerging AI and learning technologies for relevance to Hilti.
• Translate business needs into practical use cases, resources, and performance-support tools.
• Test pilots, gather feedback, document lessons learned, and propose improvements.
• Embed AI-enabled solutions into learning workflows to boost productivity and experience.
• Curate knowledge repositories and drive adoption through collaboration and support.
