Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; HR management degree adds advantage.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and client deliverables.
• Experience applying AI to people analytics or HR processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and visualization platforms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and portfolio management.
• Collaborative and inclusive team participation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in managing several clients, reporting to Managers.
• Support effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to technology-enabled workforce and HR transformation solutions.
• Apply digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities in client work.
• Operationalize AI tools in day-to-day work and validate outputs.
• Develop technical acumen across human capital and digital domains.
• Help identify and research opportunities with new or existing clients.
• Develop proposals for advisory engagements and ensure risk checks.
