Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI/ML, test automation, or test engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• Hands-on design and development of AI/ML solutions, not just integration of tools.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, automation architecture, CI/CD.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real-world engineering problems.
• Experience designing AI/ML pipelines (data prep, eval, deployment, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, microservices, integration.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team communication.
