Job summary

Kamlax Global in Malaysia is seeking an AI Automation Tester to design, develop, and run intelligent quality engineering solutions across our enterprise software landscape in Malaysia. This full-time role emphasizes visa sponsorship and modern automation tied to AI for faster release velocity and better test coverage.

You will build automated test frameworks in Java with Selenium, integrate AI capabilities, and support CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with software, DevOps, and architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of progressive QA automation experience.
• Hands-on Java programming for automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated web tests.
• Exposure to AI tools and intelligent automation in QA.
• Strong API testing, web services validation, and backend testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and POM.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks with Java and Selenium.
• Integrate AI-powered testing tools to accelerate test generation and self-healing tests.
• Develop and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and API-based apps.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to embed tests into CI/CD.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using enterprise test management.
• Optimize test execution and reduce flaky tests via maintenance.
• Create automated RESTful API test collections (Postman/RestAssured).
• Generate test metrics, coverage dashboards, and QA status reports.
• Promote continuous quality improvements and coding standards.
