Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Solution Designer, IT (Fullstack – AI Ops & Support) in Malaysia to develop, enhance, integrate and support enterprise applications. You will work in a hybrid role combining hands-on development with AI operations, troubleshooting across application, API, database, integration, cloud and AI layers, including Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities include building front-end and back-end components, delivering work within sprints, and ensuring code quality and security

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps experience.
• Generative AI and LLMs knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, integrate and support enterprise applications.
• Provide technical operations support for enterprise AI platforms.
• Build front-end, back-end and integration components.
• Ensure code quality, security and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production issues across application, API, database, integration, cloud and AI layers.
• Support AI incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Maintain CI/CD and source control for deployments.
