Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to build an AI-powered intent generation tool and a semantic similarity pipeline. You will integrate these features into an existing knowledge base platform and support CS teams with sample user queries.

The role involves implementing review workflows, production gating, and robust task recovery, plus evaluating Voice AI for potential chatbot integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or IT.
• Experience with AI-powered intent generation and RAG workflows preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML tooling required.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-powered intent generation tool that extracts intents and answers from PRDs, and generates sample user queries for CS teams.
• Develop an intent similarity detection pipeline using semantic search for knowledge base quality control.
• Enhance the intent management platform with review workflows, production gating, and multi-worker task recovery.
• Research Voice AI options for potential chatbot integration and system architecture compatibility.
