Job summary

Ethixbase360 is seeking a Product Owner to drive the translation of business needs into actionable product requirements across multiple platforms. You will work with Product Managers, UI/UX, Development, AI & Data, Client Success, and Support to deliver high-quality product enhancements in an Agile environment.

The role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing backlogs, and ensuring clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
Collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile product development lifecycle and ceremonies.
Curious and proactive about product capabilities and market trends.
Attention to detail in turning user needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather, document and validate business/user requirements with the Head of Product Ownership.
Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting docs for engineering teams.
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Refine and maintain requirement artefacts aligned with product roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with development to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
Ensure traceability from discovery to delivery and release, with clear communication.
