You will join our AI-native Product Management team embedded within the product lifecycle of a licensed B2C operator, collaborating with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes strong product thinking, analytics, and a passion for AI-powered smarter product development.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C digital products or high-volume environments.
Strong product discovery, problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical capabilities.
Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools for meaningful product work.

Responsibilities

Drive Product Discovery: identify player pain points and opportunities through data-driven insights.
Own Player Experience Improvements: enhance core journeys like account management and navigation.
Work AI-Natively: leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.
Shape Product Solutions: collaborate with designers/engineers to define requirements and trade-offs.
Drive Delivery & Optimization: manage lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Deliver Business Outcomes: improve conversion, engagement, retention, and player satisfaction.
