Qualifications

• Experience in admin / customer service / operations is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with students/trainers/marketing teams
• Comfortable handling calls and responding to inquiries with a calm, professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Xiaohongshu
• Make and answer calls to resolve inquiries and follow up
• Manage WeChat contacts and post moments as scheduled
• Maintain FAQs, SOPs, and event workflows for webinars
• Support live sessions by replying to chat and recording data
• Update landing pages, forms, and SMS scheduling
• Publish/repost social content and organize media storage
• Assist with enrollment paperwork and tracking
• Maintain coaching program lists and progress trackers
