You will gain hands-on exposure across scheduling, reporting, content planning, and applying AI tools to improve workflows. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in business-related fields, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• No prior working experience is required; motivated learners welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Operations: maintain documentation, data entry, and concise reports to support campaigns and daily operations.
• Scheduling: coordinate meetings, internal requests, and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Marketing Support: plan and publish social media content and support campaigns or promotions.
• Research: conduct market, competitor, and customer insights and summarise in short reports.
• Project Coordination: track tasks, monitor progress, and highlight blockers for smooth progress.
• Process Improvement: document workflows and suggest small improvements to reduce repetitive work.
