Job summary
USER Experience Researchers is seeking a skilled IT Operations professional to provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications, including 24x7 coverage as required. The role emphasizes high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability within Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and WebLogic environments.
You will perform RCA, support deployments, CI/CD integration, and environment management, while collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
Qualifications
- Hands-on production support and DevOps experience.
- Strong Linux/Unix and Oracle/WebLogic expertise.
- Experience with CI/CD, RCA, and incident remediation.
- Experience with Agentic AI and IT Operations automation.
- Ability to work APAC and US shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications (24x7 as required).
- Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, and WebLogic.
- Perform RCA and implement permanent remediation.
- Support deployments, CI/CD, and environment management.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations.
- Build self-healing systems and automated runbooks.
- Integrate AI agents with monitoring, alerting, and ITSM tools.
- Drive continuous improvement through AI-driven automation and reduce incidents.
