Job summary

USER Experience Researchers is seeking a skilled IT Operations professional to provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications, including 24x7 coverage as required. The role emphasizes high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability within Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and WebLogic environments.

You will perform RCA, support deployments, CI/CD integration, and environment management, while collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production support and DevOps experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Oracle/WebLogic expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD, RCA, and incident remediation.
• Experience with Agentic AI and IT Operations automation.
• Ability to work APAC and US shifts.
