Job summary

P\S\L Group is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to deploy and support cloud-based applications. You will continuously review and improve application health for optimal performance and reliability.

The role involves automating infrastructure with IaC, enhancing the CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating with multiple teams on DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in web deployment and strong AWS/DevOps experience, plus familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and observability platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in web development, deployment and support.
• 3–5 years of experience working with AWS cloud technologies and DevOps.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with AIOps concepts and AI-powered observability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM software development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and automate cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC tools.
• Design, implement and optimize the Agentic CI/CD pipeline.
• Define best practices for cloud solutions and deploy Cloud tools.
• Evaluate and pilot Generative AI services for internal tooling.
• Maintain AI agent skills and runbooks for automated incident investigation.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting following Site Reliability best practices.
• Evaluate AI-powered observability to reduce noise and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with Development, Product and Security teams on DevOps initiatives.
• Perform code reviews for standards, QA and security audit purposes.
• Investigate operational issues in applications and provide hands-on design and coding for complex parts.
• Consult with other development teams and contribute skills as required.
