You will work across Dev, Infra, and DB teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve IT operations, with a drive toward proactive incident management and measurable business

Qualifications

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Java/J2EE applications, Oracle Database, WebLogic Server.
Perform RCA and permanent remediation.
Support deployments and CI/CD integration, and environment management.
Collaborate across Dev, Infra, and DB teams.

Responsibilities

Provide production support (24x7 model as required) for critical applications.
Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability.
Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations.
Build self-healing systems and automated runbooks.
