Job summary

This role combines hands-on technical support, operational leadership, and continual improvement through automation and intelligent operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high service quality, drive innovation, and enhance user experience while leveraging ITSM practices and AI‑driven tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/IS or related field.
• 4+ years of IT application support or operations with SLA‑driven delivery.
• Strong Java and database expertise (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL).
• Hands‑on log analysis, debugging, and configuration review.
• Solid ITIL/ITSM knowledge and incident management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operation and maintenance of multiple enterprise applications with SLA delivery.
• Serve as technical lead for supported apps with domain knowledge.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve cross‑functional issues and optimize data flows.
• Analyze tickets and incidents to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead automation initiatives and intelligent operations including AI‑driven tooling.
• Coordinate with L3 engineering for advanced resolution and upgrades.
• Coach junior team members to boost operational capability.
