Job summary

Razorpay is hiring a DevOps engineer for our Kuala Lumpur office. The role focuses on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating operations, and integrating AI-powered agents into DevOps workflows.

You will partner with product teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalability across the stack. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of hands-on DevOps experience, AWS expertise, Docker/Kubernetes skills, and familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Containerization knowledge: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI technologies for DevOps workflows.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet/Chef/Ansible).
• Scripting ability (Python, Shell, Ruby, etc.).
• Linux production environment troubleshooting and engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, logging, and monitoring stacks.
• IaaC knowledge, especially Terraform, and AWS networking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of production systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to apply DevOps practices.
• Create prototypes and PoCs for new tools.
• Design automated, repeatable, scalable operations and IaC workflows.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Troubleshoot outages and provide incident support.
• Lead post-mortems and knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement AI-powered agents for DevOps workflows.
