Job summary
User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to provide 24x7 production support for critical applications running on Linux, Java, Oracle DB, and WebLogic. You will work across Dev, Infra, and DB teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve IT operations, with a drive toward proactive incident management and measurable business
Qualifications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Java/J2EE applications, Oracle Database, WebLogic Server.
- Perform RCA and permanent remediation.
- Support deployments and CI/CD integration, and environment management.
- Collaborate across Dev, Infra, and DB teams.

We require a vendor resource for the role of AI DevOps Engineer responsible for L2/L3 application support and AI‑driven automation across enterprise systems running on Linux, Java, Oracle DB, and WebLogic. The role demands proven, hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI to drive intelligent automation, operational efficiency, and proactive incident management.
- Provide production support (24x7 model as required) for critical applications
- Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability
- Implement Agentic AI–based automation to reduce manual effort
- Deliver continuous improvement with measurable business outcomes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across:
