The Academy of Safety and Emergency Care (ASEC) in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a curious, proactive junior professional to support the team in improving how we work through AI, automation and digital tools.

You will work closely with the Team Lead on ongoing projects, turning discussions into practical solutions and gradually taking ownership of tasks as skills grow. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge with hands-on project experience.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and automation.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Work with Team Lead to understand problems and improve processes.
• Clarify user requirements and translate discussions into clear actions.
• Assist in building digital tools and workflows using AI and automation.
• Prepare prototypes, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
• Test changes and document findings; check usability and data accuracy.
• Research tools and discuss their suitability with Team Lead.
• Maintain progress updates, change records and user guides; support users.
