Job summary

About Us

Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain and revise the reply template library and brand data
• - Run and monitor the automation; read logs when something fails and fix what's documented
• - Read our Python scripts and skill instructions well enough to find what's wrong, make small changes, and tell us what needs a bigger fix
• - Improve how the AI behaves; refine the instructions and rules it follows when its output isn't right
• - Handle production-team requests and set up new outlet launches
• - Assist on new IT projects

Must Have

• - Fluent written English and Chinese
• - Can read code (Python especially). You should be able to open a script, follow what it does, and make a small edit confidently.
• - Comfortable with a terminal, log files and basic Git
• - Genuinely interested in AI tools and agents, and keen to get good at directing them
• - Exceptional attention to detail

Nice to Have (not required)

• - A CS, IS, data or engineering background or self-taught
• - Experience using AI coding tools and AI agents day to day
• - PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, or other web application devlopment
• - Korean or Bahasa Malaysia
