Job summary

Catalyst AI in Malaysia is seeking a creative Content Marketing Specialist to build brand stories and generate pipeline. You will craft LinkedIn content, videos, case studies and demos, using AI tools to move quickly.

Work directly with the CEO on brand and messaging, collaborate with sales on what creates conversations, and keep catedge.ai fresh, search-friendly and aligned with our AI-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital or content marketing, ideally including some B2B, technology or agency work.
• A portfolio that shows creative range: writing, design and video you made yourself.
• AI-first working habits: you already use AI tools every day for writing, images, video, research or automation, and can show the workflows you built.
• Strong English writing that sounds like a person, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Comfort with LinkedIn, email tools, Google Analytics, a website CMS and a CRM.
• Curiosity about AI and business, and the judgement to tell a bold claim from an unsupported one.
• A self-starter who likes to ship, test and learn fast.

We are AI-native: we use AI at every step of how we sell, design and build, so a small senior team delivers what used to need a large one.

Role Description

You make Catalyst AI known to the business owners we serve, and turn their attention into conversations with our sales team. You create, ship and test fast, with AI tools at the centre of how you work: writing, design, video, research and automation. You work directly with the CEO on brand and messaging, and with the sales team on what brings in pipeline.

What you will do

• Content and creative. Make the content that carries our brand: LinkedIn posts, short videos, carousels, case studies, sector one-pagers and demo walkthroughs. Use AI tools to produce in hours what used to take days.
• Campaigns. Run campaigns that reach owners and managing directors of mid-market firms in retail, financial services and professional services, through LinkedIn, email, webinars and events. Test, measure and double down on what works.
• Leadership voices. Help our leadership team publish regularly on LinkedIn, from first draft to final post.
• Website. Keep catedge.ai fresh: landing pages, forms that feed our CRM, search optimisation, and being found and cited by AI assistants.
• Brand. Keep our look, tone and messaging consistent across the website, social media, sales decks and proposals.
• Events and awards. Support our presence at industry events, award entries and co-marketing with our technology partners.
• Results. Track what each channel brings in, from clicks to qualified conversations, and share a short monthly report.
• AI marketing stack. Build and keep improving the AI tools and automations behind our marketing, so output grows without adding headcount.
