Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking developers to participate across the Software Development Life Cycle, delivering scalable technical solutions and AI-focused features. The role emphasizes strong coding standards, modern ML techniques, and collaboration within agile teams to meet project deadlines.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with C#, EF Core, and SQL Server, and familiarity with authentication & authorization mechanisms to secure applications.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C#.

• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity).

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC from design to support.
• Independently develop scalable technical solutions using assigned languages and frameworks.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable ML models and AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality software with proper documentation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Adapt to changing requirements with an agile mindset.
• Stay up-to-date with ML research and NLP to improve offerings.
• Support testing, data migration, performance tuning, and deployment.

Job description

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including conceptual design, planning, requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, implementation, and support, demonstrating strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems.

Independently develop and deliver scalable technical solutions independently using assigned programming languages and frameworks while balancing quality, efficiency, and project deadlines.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks. Focus on balancing high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to project deadlines.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality software applications, ensuring proper technical documentation and adherence to best practices.

Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, maintain code quality, and accelerate delivery.

Quickly adapt to changing business requirements and project priorities, embracing an agile mindset and flexible approach.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and AI technologies. Apply cutting-edge techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance product offerings and solve complex business problems.

Support system testing, data migration, performance tuning, and deployment activities, proactively identifying potential risks or bottlenecks to meet project timelines.

Actively participate in technical design discussions, and effort estimation, providing practical solutions and constructive feedback.

Engage with stakeholders and team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements, collaborative problem-solving, and effective communication.

Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and participation in training initiatives, fostering a collaborative and non-rigid team environment.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization, driving efficiency and delivering value beyond immediate project scope.

Identify opportunities to automate and optimize machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and deployment practices to drive efficiency, reduce model training time, and improve overall model performance.

Demonstrate agility in adapting to new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve performance and align with evolving organizational goals.

Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard, while balancing flexibility and team priorities.
