Job summary

MAA Group Berhad is seeking an Assistant Manager to support development and delivery of professional training programs for the Agency and authorized intermediaries, aligning with regulatory and business objectives.

You will coordinate onboarding, track CPD hours, and translate complex financial concepts into practical training, while collaborating with regulatory, sales, leadership, and product teams. Travel may be required and a bachelor’s degree with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Professional certifications such as TBE, PCE, CEILI, IRFP/RFP or CFP are advantageous.
• 3–5 years in training, agency development, sales development or financial services.
• Experience in wealth management, banking, insurance/Takaful or asset management preferred.
• Ability to deliver coaching, presentations and people skills development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and onboarding, ensuring regulatory licensing exams and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate training records, attendance, certification status, CPD hours and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex financial instruments into digestible training modules and sales aids.
