Job summary

MAA Group Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager of Administration & Support to lead the Agency and authorized intermediaries for Investment Notes and Insurance & Takaful businesses. You will oversee intermediary master listings, track performance analytics, and serve as the primary liaison for regulators and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and agency development through recruitment, training, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in the Takaful/Insurance industry with sound knowledge of financial services.
• Extensive experience in agency and non-agency administration, as well as distribution management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to achieve operational excellence and superior customer experience.
• Manage and monitor agency administration processes for optimal efficiency.
• Audit SOPs, SLAs, and TAT to ensure policy compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate tech access to customer databases and market information with seamless digital processes.
• Plan and execute agency development initiatives, including recruitment drives, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, campaigns, and overseas incentive trips.
• Prepare and monitor periodic sales and performance reports for agents and intermediaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive sales force performance and meet the company’s annual financial budget.
• Act as central liaison between the Company, regulators, and industry associations on intermediary matters.
• Deliver ad-hoc operational tasks as required by senior management.
