Job summary

Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad is seeking an experienced professional to manage agency operational processes, sales support activities, and EFL administration. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business growth through data analysis and timely reporting.

The role also covers recovery/ claw back monitoring and coordinating UAT with Agency Admin and related units, requiring strong Excel skills and experience in agency operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration is required.
• 3–5 years in agency administration, sales operations or insurance operations.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas and data sorting/filtering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Agency Financing Scheme (EFL) governance and administration.
• Coordinate agency sales operations and provide business support to achieve targets.
• Monitor recovery and claw back activities and report risks to management.
• Coordinate UAT activities and support system enhancements across Agency Admin units.
