Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and professional certifications in insurance/takaful or sales management are advantageous.
Familiarity with digital sales tools and structured sales processes.
2–4 years in business development, agency management, or sales strategy execution.
Proven experience in coaching agents or agency leaders and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs and provide solutions to overcome problems.
Organize and support all company functions, focusing on recruiting and training agency leaders.
Participate in customer service programs, stay updated on product knowledge, and work with branch staff to resolve issues.
Implement core programs to develop agents, maintain training facilities, and provide quality training and support.
