Job summary

Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified Service Manager / Assistant Manager (Aftersales) to lead our Service Centre and Workshop operations. You will oversee daily activities and drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and KPI achievement.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive aftersales, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a team of service advisors and technicians. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in automotive aftersales or service centre operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive workshop operations and customer service.
• Able to manage daily operations and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Service Centre and Workshop.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Aftersales team including Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job progress, service quality, and turnaround time.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Drive departmental performance and achieve service, sales, and KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational reports when required.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, coaching, and training.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
