Flight Centre Travel Group is hiring an Afterhours Travel Consultant to join our Global Assist Afterhours Operations Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle after-hours phone and email sales and bookings for corporate clients, delivering exceptional travel experiences during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Solid background in travel consulting or airline reservations with customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with travel & tourism education are welcome.
• Experience with afterhours support is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift and handle irate customers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide afterhours travel consultation via phone and email for corporate clients.
• Process bookings and resolve issues during emergencies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global assist team to provide seamless travel support.
• Maintain high service levels and respond promptly to inquiries.
