Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Admin/Marketing Support candidate to assist the Marketing team with KOL liaison and data management. The role involves tracking KOL progress, maintaining Excel datasets, and supporting event activities.

The ideal entrant holds a Diploma, is highly organized, and enjoys coordinating with a broad network of KOLs and partners. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in admin support or affiliate/KOL coordination is a plus.
• Outgoing and confident liaison with KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in liaising with KOLs and Marketing Partners.
• Monitor, filter, and follow up on KOLs' progress and outcomes.
• Support filing and upload latest data to excel sheet
• Support ad hoc task assigned by marketing team member
• Attend offline event and live session when necessary
