Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an admin support professional to assist the Marketing team with coordinating KOLs and Marketing Partners. The role involves data management in Excel, maintaining accurate records, and supporting filing uploads of latest data.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma are welcome. You will liaise with KOLs, monitor progress, and participate in offline events when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills; able to maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
• Prior admin support or affiliate/KOL coordination experience is a plus
• Outgoing and confident liaising with a wide range of KOLs

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in liaising with KOLs and Marketing Partners.
• Monitor, filter, and follow up on KOLs’ progress and outcomes.
• Support filing and upload latest data to excel sheet
• Support ad hoc task assign by marketing team member
• Attend offline event and live session when necessary
