Job summary

DACHIN is seeking an Affiliate Marketing specialist to manage partnerships from scouting to onboarding creators. You will collaborate with the live-streaming team and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and tracked accurately.

Requirements include a diploma or bachelor’s in marketing, business, or communications, at least 1 year in affiliate/influencer/KOL roles, and strong English plus Bahasa Malaysia skills. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur with WFO in Bangsar.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management, or related role.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Bangsar Area, Kuala Lumpur and accommodate flexible working hours during campaigns.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a must.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage relevant affiliates and KOLs based on brand/audience fit, content quality, and campaign objectives.
• Conduct outreach and provide clear briefs to affiliates and KOLs for campaign execution.
• Strategize and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with targets and promotions.
• Negotiate rate cards, commissions, deliverables, and terms with affiliates and KOLs.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (code usage, CTR, conversions, GMV attribution, commissions).
• Optimize campaign ROI by identifying high-performing partners and reallocating budget as needed.
• Coordinate with livestreaming team to arrange joint live sessions with selected KOLs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and propose corrective plans for underperforming partners.
