Job summary

Merry Kingdom Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to assist the sales team with document management, reporting, and CRM data maintenance.

Role involves updating dashboards, collaborating with sales leadership, and ensuring accurate orders and smooth handoffs to post-sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales team, including managing documents, reports, and database updates.
• Maintain and update sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics regularly.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.
• Work with customer service to ensure smooth transitions from sales to post-sales support.
• Continuously improve workflows and share best practices with the sales team.
• Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation.
