Job summary

The Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Ticketing Systems Engineer to support AFC systems for the Penang Mutiara Line.

You will engage in design reviews, interface coordination and system integration across ticketing, payments, cybersecurity and back-office components. The ideal candidate holds an engineering or technical degree with CGPA at least 3.0 and prior experience in railway ticketing, AFC or related transit-technology environments.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering or technical degree with CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience in railway ticketing, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) or related transit-technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical design reviews, interface coordination, requirements management, system integration, testing and commissioning, and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate technical matters between ticketing and signalling, telecommunications, SCADA, operations control, rolling stock, depots, power and external payment providers.
