Job summary

Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is recruiting experienced Railway Systems Managers to support the delivery of key systems for the Penang Mutiara Line. Successful candidates may be matched to their specialist railway systems experience in S&TCS, APG, or PA/PIDS/PABX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Substantial hands-on railway systems experience essential.
• Strong communication skills and ownership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and technical performance of the assigned railway system.
• Review designs, submissions and contractor deliverables for compliance.
• Coordinate interfaces between railway systems and civil works, rolling stock, power and other systems.
• Drive workshops, design reviews and issue resolution to closure.
• Manage system requirements and interface control documents.
• Monitor progress, risks and testing across the project lifecycle.
• Support safety, quality and contractual compliance and provide progress updates.
