Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to deliver high-quality clinical education and training for the facial aesthetics portfolio across Malaysia. The role blends clinical education, trainer development, and business support to strengthen stakeholder relationships and drive growth.

The position emphasizes managing education programs, in-clinic training, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure scientifically accurate messaging and effective promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Delivers high-quality clinical education and training to Healthcare Providers in facial aesthetics.
• Develops trainer programs to upskill educators and improve knowledge transfer.
• Communicates accurate information to audiences and coordinates with speakers.

Responsabilités

• Medical Education Support: manage trainings, symposiums, and educational materials.
• In-Clinic Education: train on product differentiations, injection techniques, and clinical skills.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers; provide balanced information.
• Marketing Support: align promotional content with approved scientific materials and assist with launches.
